Thunder horn strap on qiver

I have a bolt on selway that I am thinking of converting to a strap on using the Thunder horn strap system. Looking for comments about how the Thunderhorn strap on system works. Does it stay tight to the bow and how easy and fast can it be removed. I remove the quiver when hunting from a tree stand or ground blind.

Hello Ferq,
If you remove the quiver when hunting I would shy away from the strap on style quiver. I use a Thunderhorn Quiver and I can tell you that for me it is not suited for that purpose. You might want to look at the Thunderhorn two point Quiver.
Just my humble opinion.

If you want "easy on easy off" I would go with a German Ridge. Easiest system I've seen. I wouldn't say it is the best for stalking (a little heavy on an already heavy recurve) but it is my go to quiver when I am hunting from a stand and remove it as you do.
