I love my efa quiver, its light and does not affect the shooting of my bow, but after just three or four shots, the arrows in the quiver will loosen and start to come out of the quiver, how can I fix this problem?

Good question, I have the same problem. Looking forward to some advice.

MY Bad was thinking of the GFA!

is the quiver itself sliding up the limbs? you want to make sure that U shaped part that slides around the limbs doesn't protrude past them, if it does just cut them down some.

If the arrow grippers are too large, which they might be for carbon arrows, just twist a small rubber band around one of the "ears" of each gripper.  It fills some of the space that holds the arrow and grips the arrow better.  I believe mail order suppliers also sell little rubber sleeves that gove over the ears.  Serve the same purpose.  Good luck.

Get yourself and old quikee two piece [old style] and use one of the holders for your bottom gripper. Works  great!

Go to the drug store and get surgical tubing( it comes in two sizes-I believe the larger size is OK) and cut it about 3/8" and slide it over the side of each arrow holder. Ken

Surely after 3 or 4 shots, there'll be no arrows left to fall out  ;)

Seriously though, what arrows are you shooting? I believe EFA do make a gripper for the smaller diameter carbons as well.

Whats an EFA quiver? I thought this was a typo, and a question about a GFA quiver.

Eagles Flight Archery.
They're a teeny tiny 3 or 4 arrow bowquiver, Roger. Ultra lightweight & you don't know they're there.

That is too funny!!!  :knothead:    :biglaugh:
Seriously, Don, does have a gripper that is for the smaller arrows.  When I first bought an EFA Quiver, that was one of my concerns, as I shoot the skinny Beamans, and I have never had a problem.

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!

actually I'm shooting 11\\32wood arrows, the problem seems to be that I cant get them to hold tight enough to the limbs(this is a pre talon grip)

Ian,
Trim the rubber under the velcro back a little bit, it should be at least 1/8 of an inch shorter than your limbs are wide, this should cure the problem.

Ian,

Give me a call or give me your number. We stand behind our product and will help you resolve your problem. The number for Eagle's Flight Archery is 919 563-2682.

The standard limb grip assembly sometimes requires trimming back so that it doesn't overlap the limb. Even then, if you don't fasten it tightly, it can creep down on the limb. Our recent modification (Talon grip) is a big improvement and makes a good product better. After the end of this year we will sell only quivers with the Talon grip.

I've got 3 or 4 of these quivers, and never had arrows fall out.  Bet you just need the smaller gripper.

As he just posted....Don will take care of ya.

What also seems to work is to strap the quiver on a bit further down the limb, and the slide it towards the fadeouts.  While doing this, use a little soapy water, and you can get them very tight.  This works well enough, but I still check the quiver often when shooting.  One time I came to full draw, and the lower gripper slid down the limb.  Having four broadheads waving in the air makes quite an impression!
