Need help deciphering a serial number on a Wing Archery bow

I have a Wing Archery recurve 58" 60@28 and was wondering when the bow was made and if the number on the side will tell me anything.  
SLR-2-1407  
Any help???

Is it a lefty?
Been There, Done That, Still Plowin.
Cane and Magnolia tend to make good arrow.
Hike naked in the backwoods.
