Here are a few pictures of my new JK Traditions "Kanati" longbow, I got in this past Saturday. Pictures doesn't really do it justice.

Riser is Charcoal Dymondwood. Limbs have 2 laminates of bamboo for a core and "flat grain" camo action wood veneers. ($50.00 option)

Specs. are: 60", 56# @ 29", which makes it around 59# @ my draw.

All I can say is this is probley the best bargain in traditional archery! It's well built, quiet, and just hits where you look....Very Quick...EXCELLENT GRIP!...A great hunting bow.

I have put the rubber sure grip on after I took these pictures.

Thanks Jason for getting this built for me....Mike

Great looking bow. I've got one myself(spring camo 58") and I will certainly agree with you on the performance. I really like the camo veneers. Hopefully we can both have a picture soon of our Kanati alongside a deer.

It doesn't matter how or what you shoot, as long as you hit your target.

Another nice looking bow. Congrats and good shooting.

Welcome to the Kanati brotherhood. Absolutely the best buy in bows today! Jason is a great bowyer and a great guy.

That is one sweet looking bow. It just kinda disappears against that tree. Talk about natural camo!

Good luck with her. I hope to be posting pics of mine with a deer this fall too. I haven't had a chance to shoot at a live target yet, but plan to change that soon.

Mike, Glad to see that you got your new Kanati. It is definately a great looking bow. Glad that I got my order in when I did I'm sure the wait time will only keep getting longer. John Gerrard AKA Brokenwing

Thanks guys!

Well, after shooting it for a few days...it's definitly a keeper. The rascal just flat out shoots! No matter what arrow. I guess that is because it's cut a tad past center.

Reminds me of the Griffins I owned. I really like the forward handle bows. Now all Jason needs to do is come out with a 3 piece,,,then I'll order another or two.   :D

Thanks again Jason, you build a heck of a longbow!   :wavey:

Great bow.  Jason sure makes a shooter.  had the pleasure to play with one once.  Just did not have the $ to take it home.
