I would like to see some photos of a John McCullough Fiftyniner recurve, as I am interested in putting my name on the list for one!  If you have photos please post them for me to see or send them to me.

Thanks,
Mike

I had the pleasure of shooting the Lefty that was posted here for sale & MAN what a shootin little machine, it was only 50#@29'' I got about 52# out of it & Fast & Super smooth, Excellent little Curve, John is an artist to say the least, I also picked up a Griffin, Super Sweet .... Good Luck...

Does he have a web site or phone# to be reach.

Actually the Scout is not the same, although they do appear similar in a small pic.  I've owned several 59ers and one Scout.  The Scout has narrower, thicker limbs and a smaller riser. A real good bow that is a unique design.
The 59er is a sooped up copy of the '59 Bear Kodiak. Both the Scout & 59er have the small thumbrest.  Ron used to offer the "Grayling Spirit" which is the same as the 59er.

Joe-
What are the woods in the upper photo you posted? I'm in line for one of John's longbows and that looks pretty nice.

Hunting with the bow and arrow involves earning your way by making meat, getting your hands messy in the process and then recognizing your own reflection upon them.
