Like everybody else I bought a half dozen of the Grizzly`s. Has anybody tryed the lil shaver on the Grizzly`s? If so which hole did you use? And did it work? Thanks for the help my sharping skill`s are nill. Don

brackshooter

I have one and it works well.  I use the middle hole, which is 25 degrees, recommended by ashby.  It takes a while to lower the angle, then I finish with a light wetstone then a ceramic stick.  Works good for me.

BUCK-EYE

brackshooter, Thanks for the help. Do you go tip to back or back to tip? Thanks Don

brackshooter

I go tip to back, seems to work fine for me.  good luck

One other tip for ya, I have two thin honing stones glued to the other sides of the file block. (bought at a local machine shop). They allow me to get a wicked wicked edge on my Magnus heads.
