Footing Jig

Ok, I got a used Footing Jig...like the one 3 Rivers sells.
Problem is, I don't have instructions.
I've been playing with it and I think I'm getting it down, its not rocket science, but I would like a set of instructions.
Does anybody have this jig and instructions?
Could you scan it and email it to me maybe?
If anybody has this jig...how do you like it?
What little I've done so far it doesn't seem like the wings are very long, I've seen longer on other shafts.
