Dad, good buddy Mason, and I just returned from a great Trip. We went to check the trail cams and maybe see a hog to stalk. We carried the canoe to check out some stand locations at some creek crossing that we found while fishing earlier this Spring......If you're wondering if we had a good time, just take a look at these pics......This 1st pic is an AWESOME deer crossing and we got the tree's trimmed and ready for the stand...

We had a blast. This is Crow Creek, a tributary off the Tennessee River. Our hunting land is located at an Old Cherokee town called Kick-a-poo....Lot's of relics and artifacts are found in this area. The canoe is 12 ft. I've had it since I was about 6. Curt, I'm so excited about Texas! I can't wait. I know we'll have a great time!
