I'm trying to get my point weight up and it looks like I need to go to a glue on. Which inserts work well with STOS 160s? The long 30 grain aluminum or the shorties?

Thanks,
Norb

The steel inserts if you want a high point weight-FOC.  I have the 100's, but I might have to get the 125's for my carbons.

The 30 grain aluminum longs are 5/16", you want an 11/32" for the STOS.

A 25 short or 42 long along with the steel 75, 100 and 125 will all fit nicely, just tweak to reach your desired total point weight.

I'm using 100 grain brass screw-in inserts so I need the screw-in adapters to match. Looks like the 25 or 42 would be the ticket.

Thanks guys.

I would recommend with the long adapters for good point alignment and strength.

I use both. No problems with either.
