I have decided to get a commercially manufactured ground blind.  I am probably going to get the new double bull.

Here is my question:

For those of you that leave you blinds set up for an extended period of time, how do you keep field mice and other rodents from chewing holes in the sides of your $400 investment?

I would like to set it up several weeks before the season starts, but I do not want it destroyed.

Double Bull sells a rodent spray for their blinds.  At least they used to...

if you set it up properly you dont need to really have it out weeks upon weeks before you hunt.  Last year I put one out sunday night come 6 hours later 2 coyotes and several deer had come up to investigate it at sunup my brother and i both shot deer.

I also left that blind out for others to use for 2 months and didn't have any rodent problems but then again it was the heart of the winter.
