Looks like I'll be using my #56 recurve for deer season so I'd like you guys opinion on a carbon combo for it. I draw about 28.5", bow is #56@28, looking at using 145gr bear heads, and arrow weight about 675gr. Advice on weight tubes, length, arrows would be greatly apppreciated.

I use the Easton ST Epic 300s.  I have mine weighing around 650.  I use 190 heads.  I shoot a 60# pronghorn and these puppies are like darts.
Anyway, my two cents.

29.5 inch Arrow Dynamics - aquarium tubing inserted  in the front till it stops in the taper - cut the tubing off with 1/4 inch sticking out the front and glue the insert in with super glue scrunching the tubing.

You will be REAL close to the weight you want.
