Experiences with Carbon Impact REBEL?

I was looking at Carbon Impacts line of arrows and was wondering if anybody has tried the REBEL or REBEL HUNTER Shafts?
REBELs are priced lower and have good GPI weight, but have a higher straightness tolerance; the REBEL HUNTER is slightly heavier and have built-in FOC.
I'm shooting a 62# Ancient Spirits Thunderhawk, and have been using Goldtips and Carbon Impact Terminator Lite Selects. I use the 6075 shaft @ 30" and am using a 150gr. head.
Any imput or suggestions?

Hi Ben

Yes I have used the Carbon Express Rebel 6075 shafts and haven't had any problems with them. I use them for target arrows because they are less expensive then the Carbon Express Heritage 250 shafts and it is easier to except when you lose one.

I do not use the Rebel 6075's for hunting because they don't seem to be as tough as the Heritage 250 shafts. Don't take my words the wrong way the Rebel's will take the abuse from target practice but for hunting I prefer the 250's because I think it is my responsibility to use a better quality shaft when taking an animals life.

As far as flight the Rebels fly the same as the 250's. I shoot them out of a 45# recurve, 51#, 53# and a 55# longbow. My draw is 29.5" and the shafts are cut to 30.5". I use (3) 5" shield cut feathers and a 125 grain point with 100 grains of weight behind the head. The total weight of the arrow is roughly 600 grains. With this setup I have good flight and penetration.

I'm assuming I should use the Heritage 350's for my set-up then? 65# recurve, 30" arrow and 145-150gr. head?
I was looking at the Heritages also and will probably go with that. I lilke using same shaft for practice and hunting----it's just 1 less thing I have to worry about. (sitting in the stand for hours always causes me to start over thinking every little thing---probably why I haven't connected on a deer yet after 2 years)

I shoot Rebels, Terminators and Heritage CX shafts and can't really tell the difference in flight and durability. I tend to use the Rebels for stumping because they cost less...

According to the Carbon Express, Heritage shaft chart you are correct in choosing the 350's.
