Gone too long....

I've been gone a long time. Didn't know I had sleep apnea which lead to a heart arrhythmia. Hospital stay last Fall which was a blessing because they found the apnea... I never knew not getting good sleep was so unhealthy causing my heart to go a bit nutty. Another effect of apnea is losing interest in things you love to do.. I shot my bow ZERO times in 2025. Bowhunted not ONE TIME--couldn't force myself to go. I did take my kids rifle hunting but just didn't want to bowhunt. I didn't know why I just knew I didn't want to bowhunt. Feel so good now and have shot my bows (with my helpers shooting as well) more the past month than the last two years. Excited and getting ready for September 15 here in Missouri. 9/15 even if it's 95* here--it's on!
