What Rob said. And this guy has way too much movement on release his bow arm is going to the right and down, profusely. Which means he has incorrect back tension.

I agree with that observation. He never even mentioned proper alignment or back tension. he was pointing out more details about getting a high anchor point established for getting a smaller gap.

i can see where he was going with helping new archers ease into instinctive shooting  using a gap method, but.... until you establish good alignment and back tension, to include a decent follow through, your constancy is going to suck.
