first bowfishin trip of the year

made it out bowfishin with owlbait my son and another friend last night after a rocky start
the night turned out alright  with all the rain and cold temps we could have done worse
hear are a few pics

I shot some of those! Those are the fish I mentioned in my post about the Bingham T/D that I tried to sell that no one bought so I set it up for a bowfishing bow. Sure was fun and it didn't even seem like 39 degrees out.

You guys did good! I got out for the first time this year myself. Took my nehpew who's in his twenties and although he bow hunts with a compound and has never been bow fishing before he took 3 of the only 4 carp we saw! I kept telling him he was probably gona miss a bunch don't sweat it. He took two practice shots before we headed out! He's pumped and ready to go back. Heck maybe now I'll have a new trad buddie this year in deer camp.
