Horne Shooter

I made the switch about 4 years ago.  I had been an avid and successful compound tournament shooter and hunter for many years.  I sold all of my compounds and equipment related to them when I got my first traditional bow.  I figured it was like buring the ships upon arrival to the new world....no chance of returning.  I have yet to regret the decision.  There are some folks who continue to have both, no problem....just not for me.  Have fun.

Welcome Donnie!!! Do the phrases "Its a state law" or "I swear to God thats true" mean anything to you Donnie? How about "shut up Randy"? Am I correct on the origin of your handle?
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

You betcha...and I got a boat for sale!

Life is short.....eat dessert first!!!

It's also state law you won't get half of what you paid for your wheeled bow.
I could've bought 3 chek-mates for what I paid for that bow, or 1 REAL nice silvertip.

Excellence is achieved, not purchased.

Bonebuster

Its just like shooting a wheeled bow...except completely different.

Just get your arrows flying straight, start out at close range, and enjoy.

The first time you get game, broadside at twelve yards, you will find out what you have been missing.
