I prefer a 10 strand padded to 14 strand loop D97..is relatively quiet especially with the leather widow silencers installed and shoots a bit faster. I shoot a PSAV 46 @ 28 though

I would shoot a 12 strand D97 with padded loops, Mountain Muffler string or one of Leroys(Goldenhawk)strings! Shawn

Actually the D97 strings that Black Widow sells are pretty good.  I just ordered a spare for my new PGA.
I find the older I get, the less I used to know!

I was always satified with the supplied strings.  I prefer cat whisker silencers though.
Shoot strait and have fun!

I shoot what widow supplies me with the bow.when I need a new one I just make a copy of what they supplied me. It ain't rocket science.
