It would be nice to have a chart for the different compositions of flemish strings.  The pro's and con's of the materials available.  Suggested strand counts for bow poundage. Padded loops or not. Suggested serving size for common nocks.  Just trying to save a person a hundred dollars who would like to make strings for his bows.
Remember--Some People are alive simply because it is illegal to shoot them.

Some people can paint the Sistine chapel, some people can finger-paint, and some people just eat the Crayons....

Dunno about a "how to", but if you want to e-mail me I'll help if I can.

I should explain.......

A "how to" is going to be tricky, because there's going to be a lot of opinion injected (how many strands works best, what material is best, etc. etc. etc.), different bowyers have different requirements (padded loops not required, 16 strands in the loops minimum, 20 strands minimum, etc.--what is required for one may make the string too big for the grooves on another), etc. etc. etc.  Then you will find that some bows "like" one material better than another (that's the only way I know how to put it).

I don't claim to know it all (not even close), but I'll try to help with questions.

Chad
