Whats the +/- of swaged aluminum vs screw in?
Lu 11:21  When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:

Orion

In terms of tuning, can put more weight on the front end with the inseret and steel screw in adapter.  Can loosely mount the inserts (i.e., don't use a lot of glue)and take them out to shorten the shaft and then glue them back in.  Can't do that with swaged shafts, but once you know the shaft spine and length that works for you, that shouldn't be a problem.  Don't know which is stronger behind the point.
