JD is working on my Mojo Stik and I should have it later this month. She's gonna be 60" 54#@28" Olivewood riser w/yew limbs and elk antler nocks.

1/4 away- I saw that olivewood riser w/yew limb bow today. You are going to be one happy guy, that thing is real pretty. JD said it will be leaving next weekend.

I also got a chance to shoot the prototype 56" recurve today. Very nice feels just like the 60" to me. It wont be available for a while yet though, little things to work out with the shorter bow and some "field testing" on turkeys this spring.

Sticks Only - JD was great to work with. I wanted something a bit different in a riser and we traded emails for days looking for just the right wood. JD suggested the yew limbs to go with it. I shot the 60" demo bow this past weekend that he's sending around and it was just an awesome shooter even at 45# which is a bit light for me. JD said he was going to send me some pics after he gets the riser overlays on.

whoa!! olivewood riser..that thing is awesome 1/4 away. is that grip a standard shape grip or did he modify it for you?

pete p, Thanks, It's looking sweeet already and she's not even done. I also love the character in the yew limbs. That is JD's standard grip.

I like that touch of sapwood in the limb venners, I assume that is yew. Very nice. LF
