Well I have decided that I would like to make my own bow (now that I have a brand new custom)   . I am thinking a straight-limbed longbow. Where would be best to get the materials and mabye a video? The main thing that
I think will be hard is making the form, I have seen where people use air hoses, where could I get a hose? And also, what to I need for the hose, just an air compressor? Another thing that I am kinda clueless about it what thickness of lams I would need. I was thinking of ordering a pre-cut riser from 3-rivers because I am pretty limited on power saws.

Sorry for all the questions, mabye 'yall can get everything if you read my post about 5 times. lol

If you look on Pow Wow and look for the straight bow build along by tjdeerslayer37, he did one for his mum and explained VERY well all the procedures with very good pics I might add. Hope that helps.  He did an awesome job.  His mom will be prouid to shoot it.
A bad day of hunting is still far better than a good day at work.

And also I bet if you sent him a PM personally he could probably answer all your questions.  He had the form, the heat box.  All the good stuff.
