I would like to go on the record as saying thanks to Mr.(or should I say Dr.) Jay Kidwell. His book on Instictive archery and how psychology works hand in hand has greatly helped me over come my target panic. I had the worst case of pre-mature release ever, and I wasn't over bowed, because it didn't matter if I was shooting my 70lbs longbow or my wife's 45lbs longbow; I couldn't stop releasing the arrow early. Now that I have read this book and applied the exercises in it, I am able to enjoy archery again. Thanks again.
