Well I just moved down to south new jersey and this is the first time I've had some space to do what I want with all my gear!  Stinks living in the city but now I have my own 45yard archery range in the backyard and my father, brother and I built our new archery room so I can do all my work properly and what not.

Enjoy the pix...

And here are our mounts we have in this room...

I love your room.  Looks like a nice place to work.  I would love to make an arrow holder like the one you have next to your bench.  If you could post up plans that would be great.

That was my brothers first buck lol my father tried to make the mount himself 10 years ago.  That was before I learned how to cure skulls and make euro mounts and what not so all he did was leave it in rocksalt for a few months to dry it out then toss it on a board.

the symetrical 7pt was his best, the other 7pt was my fathers first bow buck, the 9pt in the upper left is my first trad kill, and unfortunatley my first buck (6pt) was stolen last year from the basement of our buisness.

Thanks bud and the arrow holder is very easy actually lol.

Got a 4inch x 10 foot piece of PVC and cut it into 8 equal pieces.

I used 1x3's and built a frame around it.  Piece of plywood as the base then 2 34" pieces of 1x3 for the sides and i forget the measurment of the ends and nailed it to make a frame.  Then made another frame out of the 1x3s and nailed it half way up to the legs of the table.

Nice place to build the work, and I noticed something else on the wall !

How about that Robin Hood arrow.  Did you do that with your compound or your traditional.

I Robinhooded two Axis 400, right down the shaft of one another, I didn't have a group of four or five Aeros together intended it, I shot one downrange, shot the next one downrange, and it went down the shaft of the other one that was a week ago from last Thursday.  :goldtooth:

And six days later, I went back to the range, same bow, same arrows Axis 400, and did it again.  40 bucks down the tubes, on the second time that I did it, I use to white and one green on-the fleaching, and they match up perfectly.  Right in line with each other.  I've checked around here at the different archery shops, and they say they've never heard of anyone doing Robin Hood's with the Axis 400's or the 500.  Mine were done with my " Black Ice"

That one that is hanging on your wall looks like an aluminum.  Pretty cool
I sure was surprised to do two one week apart.

That is a great archery shop you have, maybe you should go into business for yourself !

Ya notice how you can store 4 recurves in the same amount of space that it takes for 2 of those fancy, what are those anyway?...
