Sent them an order and check on 10/24 and have not received anything nor has my check cleared the bank. Just wondering if that was normal? It seems a little long to me. Maybe they didn't get my check. As far as I can tell there isn't a number to call them or email address. Gilbert

Your order shipped out last week.

For over a month now we have had serious US mail problems....one guy got his order a month after it was mailed, and several orders came back even though we cut and pasted the address provided by the customer right on the package.

Heck if I know, ....all we can so it take orders and get them in the mail, once they leave here, we are at the mercy of the postal service.  DVDs included have been serioiusly delayed.  

Its frustraiting let me tell ya, it creates a lot of emails for me, and then sending out another order only to have the original order to show up a day or two later.  I'm at my witts end!

Man, if you're about at your witts end, I better get my order in before you decide to call it quits.  All I have heard is good things about your product.

Terry, unofficially, some of the mail in our area has been re-routed to Chattanooga for sorting...at least in Ranger it has, and it's delaying things by at least 1 week. I can mail a letter from the off from my office and get it at my house in 2 days...from home to office typically takes 10.

Hang in there Terry.  It's a conspiracy I tell ya (in my best Rodney Dangerfield immitation).

USPS is likely just trying to make in gnarly for folks here and there so's they can get folks behind the idea to let it go private enterprise...like it won't quadruple in cost then!

The trick is to email Terry and ask if he's got the chance to ship your order. I did that and mine showed up that same day    Great products and I hope to place another order in the future.

Thats the same thing that happend to me! I started to worry, and sent Terry a few emails, then it showed.
