I am thinking about buying one of these longbows. Can I have some feedback on the performance and workmanship on these bows? On the website, it looks like the lengths are from 56" to 62". Thanks Craig

I just picked up a Raptor from the classifieds here.

It's 62" 55@28" with the antler tip overlays.

I've only shot it a few times so far but it is a smooth fast shooting bow with no hand shock.

If the other models are a nice as the Raptor, I would recommend them.

I have had a 62 inch El Gato for the last couple years.  I love it.  Very good build quality, fast & smooth shooting.  Roy is a great guy and I highly recommend him and the bows he makes.  You won't be disappointed.
I find the older I get, the less I used to know!

Is it too late to be what I could have been?

The bowyer Roy Coursey is a huge supporter of our state's trad club by attending and donating bows for fund raisers, raffles, door prizes, etc.  Several have his bows and love their looks and performance...and his prices.  Getting a bow from him will surely be a pleasant experience.
