What is the deal with Pungo? Is it still a NWR that you can hunt or is it sold?

Jason, it's been many moons since I've hunted there.  I know it became Poccassin Lakes(sp-?) years ago, but was still a huntable refuge at that time,don't know about now.  It was covered up with deer mosquitoes and the biggest eastern diamondbacks(and pygmies) that I've ever seen.
