Thank you to TenRing Strings

I just wanted to say "thank you" to Allen at TenRing Strings:  the 14 strand he built me is wonderful, and shoots very well.  The loops are skilfully twisted and finished. The waxing is just right.

He built it with the smaller "Hill" sized loops for my Big 5, which fit perfectly.

One option which I will request next time is that he make it with a larger width center serving, which will better fit the Bohning Classic Indexed nocks which I am using. I did not think to mention this to him up front, not realizing that he provides a larger option. The standard serving he provides works well with modern "super nocks", but is not wide enough to work with the Bohning Classics on my wood arrows. So for now I heat my Classic nocks in hot water and then pinch them tighter, which actually works very well.

I will be ordering again from Allen: he makes a great product, which is very customizable, with great service, and at a great price!
