I haven't been on Tradgang for a looooong time.  In fact I looked and the last time I posted anything was in 2008.  Got involved with other stuff and much of that has ended.

Anyway, one of the things I was involved with was Camp Cuervo Archery Club.  Wasn't really a club.  But a group of volunteers donating archery equipment to our men and women at Camp Cuervo, Iraq.  I sent bows, arrows and anything I could get my hands on.

When people found out what I was doing they gave me things to send.  One of the things I received the most, were arrow components.  Shafts that needed built into arrows and all the parts to do it.

Since all that's ended I've been downsizing.  One of the last things I'd like to pass on is the feathers.  I have hundreds and hundreds.  All colors, all sizes.  Parabolic, Shield, Banana and a few full length.

But here's the thing.  These were GIVEN to me in good faith that'd I'd do a service for others.

I'd like to pay that forward.  I will GIVE these to you free of charge, including shipping, unless it's to a foreign country.

But you MUST use them for something similar to what I did.  I don't care if it's for kids, soldiers, veterans or what.  What you're doing is noble.  When you are done with your project, please pass on what you have left.

This is on the up and up.  Since I haven't been here in a coons age, I'm asking members who have been, to help me with knowing who's legit.

That's all I ask.

Put them up for the annual St Judes auction if nobody has an immediate charitable need for them.

Do a search under feathers. You will find a topic "Odd Feathers" by James V, very recently asking for donations. I believe he is making arrow for kids.
The post will explain all.

Thanks for your generosity!

If you have any 3 inchers in rw we could use them for the TGMM bow giveaways. With each bow goes four 1/4 inch dia. arrows and a leather armguard and I think maybe a glove, too.

Pm me if needed.

I can use any feathers on my kids arrows, I use a burner to reshape them.

Thanks for the offer

Ron, Bud B. is a guy to give strong consideration to for the feather give way. He does a lot of work on arrows for kids and these are give aways to them.
Your may not remember me but I also was in volved with Camp Cuervo I handled the shirt sales for around 5 years in helping out.
