BigJim sent me some pics of my ThunderChild t/d which is very close to completion (It was going into the spray booth Monday)Bow is 56" and came in at 51# @ 28". Cocobolo and Macassar riser with some crazy amboyna burl limb veneers.I had him finish it off with moose tips and overlays. Pics will be posted as soon as I get this beauty in my hands. Can't wait!

Im jealous, I have been holding off on ordering a big jim bow for the very reason Friend mentioned.

Flatshooter

Spoke to Jim yesterday and made arrangements to pick my bow up at his shop in Albany, Ga. one week from today. Then off to Broxton, Ga. to hunt pigs with a buddy over the weekend. Not wasting any time getting the ThunderChild acclimated to the woods.

Cool. Let us know how it goes with pics.
If it's in your way, move it.
