Hawaii...I need to go back its been way too long. Ran into a guy back then when I was there in the late 90's who was a goat hunter. I regret not looking deeper into that. Most beautiful place I've ever been and you can hunt!

Mike, yes primarily public land. In Hawaii, you need to be "popular" or have a bunch of extra spending money to hunt private land. I'm out of luck in both cases.
