haven't shot a Dye but I have a Fatal Styk, and as mentioned, the grip is incredible. The shelf sets RIGHT on top of your hand..The palm swell forces your hand in the same position every time...
Mine is very fast and silent...

Also mentioned previously their bow loaner program is the best. They know you will become a fan.

I have owned a Montana Falcon, Vision Falcon, and Fatal Styk...all Robertsons.  I have shot one Dale Dye.  The Dale Dye is a phenomenal bow....but I prefer the Robertsons...the grip is incredible and very smooth and throws an arrow with authority.

I think Robertson does a try before you buy...worth the time in my opinion as bows are very PERSONAL choices and no two people will have same experience.
Keep em sharp,

Great advice above. I have shot and owned both bows and think each one has unique characteristics. The Dye has the best grip for me and I really like the riser profile. If the right medicine point shows up in the classifieds I'm gonna add it to the bow rack. Good luck with the search.

Thanks Guys!

I'm sure I can't go wrong either way. I will certainly let everyone know what I decide.

Both Dye bows(2nd hand) I've owned, had extremely high grip. The highest in all too many bows I've been through. I once had an older Robertson I very much liked and would still have if the limbs didn't fail. Dick wouldn't build some more because he no longer offered that model.
