**DONOTDELETE**

I have a banana chopper that is 5.5", I use a 4" feather and do a hybrid nana chop. It is kind of like the T-hawk

I use the shield cut, but I am thinking about trying some parabolic cut.

I always preferred a shield cut with my wood arrows. These days with carbons I really like parabolics,no real reason.

BWD

Parabolic for hunting, shield and nanner for looking at.

I have a lot of shield cut and parabolic feathers on my arrows,But I got a burner and have done some cool shapes and the burner gives you endless possibilities with shapes.

I prefer parabolic since I think the parabolic shape is quieter in flight than the shield shape.

I go back and forth with parabolic and shield.  I just seem to shoot better with shield, not sure why.

Rich in CO

I use shied cut's mainly, but I also like a 4.5in nanna cut.

Tree Killer

My personal favorite is the 5.5" Swift cut that 3Rivers sells as a chopper.

I definatly notice a quieter arrow with a parabolic cut feather, the sheilds look kewl tho.  :archer2:

I use 3 4" shields on my 31" carbons, parabolic is quieter but the shields touch my nose better...PR

Nanners all the way for me. I think they look cool and don't have any noise issues.

I use Parabolic exclusively for every day shooting. Plan to use my Vario 5" "Indian" to fletch my hunting arrows with three wild turkey feathers.

I have used both, I just like parabolic's better. To me they are quiter in my opinion.

Friend

Shield for me -Since I utilize the feather to my nose as a soft anchor.
