I was shooting in the basement last night like every night. Everything was normal and going well i was shooting pretty good when my fingers didnt let go but my hand did i plucked the string bad and shot right through the dryer lol. On the upside i got great penetration through sheet metal, the whitetails dont have a chance. Still havnt figured out what happened with my fingers.

QUICK, just slide a chair in front of the hole. Your wife will never notice

Where is Dysart, Pa. I will have to make sure I am on the other side of a concrete wall when I am shooting with you! (:

Are you going to skin out the dryer and process it.Mount the knobs on the wall as a trophy,European mount would look good.

The dryer you may get away with.  Especially since duct tape comes in white!  Washer would have been worse!

Did you have to have a (May)tag for that carcass?

I killed a lawn mower after putting a 2219 through the side of my shed...knocked a nickle sized whole in the case...didnt know it at the time till it sprayed oil all over the yard when I started it up............fixed it with a golfball sized glob of JB Weld putty.

Forget the dryer...how'd the arrow hold up??

huntin_sparty

Nice work.  I constantly forget that I have a drop ceiling and forget to crouch a bit to shoot causing some errant shots and drywall damage!

Not shot any appliances or the like, but I was shooting in my yard when my dog started chasing my free range chickens. Dang dog chased this one nasty azz cock past my target when I shot. Nailed that sucker clean as can be. Ever seen what a Woodsman will do on a bantum? That bird stuck  right to the ground and didn't flop around even once. Wish I could make a shot like that turkey huntin'.

I almost fell off my chair on that one. Thanks a bunch for the laugh!

It sounds like you double clutched.

When I am not focused, gettting tired, or lazy. Sometimes I forget to let the string go and my hand follows the string for a few inches. The arrow ends up going where it is not suppose to, like into one of the door jambs in my hallway  :banghead:

The arrow held up great, footed shaft from whispering wind, about 700gr. The hole kinda fits my basement decor ya know with the bows arrows antlers laying around it fits right in.

Fred - that was hilarious - and I've never met anything as deserving as a banty rooster - ask your dog if he herds other kinds of animals.
Don't meddle in the affairs of dragons; people are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
