just tried with hidemy(can't write the word^^).com

fully functionnal, no problem. So my Swiss IP is probably filtered.

Had the same problem with the BW website one time, after their last major upgrade. Think it was related to an ACL limiting access to US foreing IPs.

So if you cant access the website, just use a proxy website.(and by the way NEVER EVER submit any personnal information using a proxy website for your personnal data safety ^^).
