Well its official... I finalized my order for one of Big Jim's LB's....

Its gonna be a 60" 67# @ 27inches and be the tiger myrtle and walnut for wood.

Now I just gotta find somthing to do for the 20 or so weeks...... I just hope I get it in time for the deer season.....

Sit tight...It will be worth the wait!

It is definitely worth the wait!!!  That Myrtle and Walnut looks real good.  I'm still trying to decide on the woods for my 3rd bow.

Can't wait to see it!! I have been wanting to give a Big Jim bow a try, they sure do look nice    

I just ordered a 54" take down Thunder Child. Birdseye/Cocobola rise with Curley Maple limbs with rattlesnake skins.  I can't wait to get it!!!

Yes.. thats what im being told.... Plus he is a really nice guy... real easy to talk with.....

I think maybe in a month or two I should just put in an order for the other one I was thinking of..............

I'm still trying to decide if I want another Buff or to get a Thunderchild for my 3rd bow.  I know I love the Buff bow but man that Thunderchild sure looks nice.  I tell you what as many different wood combos as I like and as much as I like the Buff bow and the looks of the TC, Big Jim ought to be real happy I haven't hit the lotto yet cause I'd have about 20 bows on order from him right now!

I'm glad my orders for a Buff and a Thunderchild are all ready in for a while now. Jim's bows are getting more popular all the time

Steve, that Bacote and Macassar sounds real sharp!  I have a 2pc. Buff on order that's Macassar and Zebrawood and have thought about stealing Kip's idea and getting a twin Thunderchild to it.

i feel your pain and happiness, i ordered one about 2-3 weeks ago and have a nice long wait as well, but will be worth it. My dad has a buffalo bow and it's sweet.

Hey Kenneth..... just  a lil FYI.. If you get tired of ANY of those bows I will be more that happy to buy em... especially since im a lefty too.... We south paws gotta stick to gether.....

Dave,  I'm a RIGHTy brother!!     Although sometimes I wish I was a lefty when I look at all the deals on the lefty bows in the classifieds!  I foolishly sold that Coco and Osage bow to fund the Buff bows I have on order and ended up selling a boom stick a couple days later that would have covered the cost for the last one.  I've been kicking myself ever since, but the guy I sold it to is smarter than me and won't let it go. My first one should be here in a couple weeks so that'll make me feel A LOT better!
