Heck of a buck and a great story...looks like curiosity killed the buck in this case!  Did I read that correctly that this is your first buck?  Is that with traditional or overall?  

It may not be as big as your son's deer but it's definitely a very nice buck and as you stated more typical of what a person should expect and be VERY excited and happy about.  I think everyone would be excited to see deer like that every day all day!
