Traditional archery friends, looking to identify this glue on broadhead, plastic ferrule, small square/box at base of ferrule with an arrow above the box pointing to the tip of the broadhead.  About 1/2 doz. mounted on wood arrows I picked up at a yard sale several years ago.  Thanks in advance.
