Lam sleds

I was grinding lams and found the outside edges on both lams was thin. Closer examination foud the bamboo sled had warped bowed up on both sides.
What do you guys used to keep the moisture from getting to them.
They are made of the vertical laminated planks and thin enough to flex length wise.

I use g10 sleds from big jim's.. they work well enough.I think I paid 50 or so? I have 002 and 003, but mainly use my 002.

Stic. You could resurface them and spray them with whatever bow finish you are using.

I use aluminum sleds... Come on Stic... you can figure this one out can't ya?  Its pretty Basic woodworking stuff here...
