Hey Roy,

Did you ever use any of that boo I sent you? Just wondering? I haven't tried any of it yet. It looks dry enough now.

No I haven't. I'm thinking it's not quite wide enough. But it's dry also so I may cut it out to see if I get enough width.

Roy from Pa

Got a coat of stain on her and one coat of Tung Oil..

MoeM

Damn she turned out perfect!

Yeah, looks pretty ok to me, too.   :bigsmyl:
It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.

LOL Robert..

I have the fourth coat of tung oil on her. Gonna do one more coat then put the arrow rest and deer hide grip on her. Been installing laminate flooring in the house the past 11 days.. Really tired of that crap..  :)

Prolly lost 1.5 of reflex from glue up. 1 1/4 wide, 63 tip to tip. The 30 inch draw is rough on wood bows..     :)
Is this bow 63" or 66" as stated in your 1st post?
I'm thinking 63" 30" draw is not "just another bow"..

I don't want to inflate your ego Roy, but that bow really does look nice.

Bowjunkie

Don't worry, you couldn't inflate it any more.

Roy from Pa

It started out at 66 inches end to end. Now with the deflex/reflex, it measures 63.5 end to end. But that's as the crow flies..  :)

The draw is not 30, it's 29. I just tiller a bow one inch farther to be safe. And what's one more inch, Zradyboy?  :)

1"=pop for me

I get what you're saying now Roy.
Thanks for clearing it up.
