Cubie, where the heck ya been, son?

I might have a change of plans with my riser.  I'm thinking the bacote is gonna clash with the ipe.  I might make the same design but swithch the osage and bacote.  Make the arc out of bacote instead of osage.

What do ya'll think??  Think the bacote would clash with the ipe??

Some one raised this question before but i never seen any answers. What does everybody write on their trade bows. the guy's real name or TG user name? Mine is just getting all the finish coats on it at the moment and then I have to find the best way to ship it over there.

I had asked that question a week ago and I didn't get any answers, so I ended up writing the persons real name on the bow. I also put the draw weight at draw length and TradGang 2013 Bow Trade.

I think it's your preference.  People have put their real name on some, user name on others, and sometimes both.  I think the majority probably use the real name, but I would be happy either way. I do think putting TG Bow Swap 2013 or something like that is important.

I like both. But like Goose said, just put my name on it, I'll be happy.  :bigsmyl:

Looks good so far Mac.

Sorry for not posting a reply the first time, but I put the peoples real name.  Even though it really doesn't matter for me cause nobody can read what I write.  I can't write on bows worth crap.

I put the last coat of finish ion my trade bow tonight. Since I don'thave to ship till July I'm thinking Osage tattoo.

Osage tattoo -- is that what happens when you try to tiller too fast and it blows and smacks you on the forehead?  If that's the case, I almost got one of those once.    :smileystooges:

One of two things will happen; it'll either work or it won't.

JUst go ahead and send that BBI to Florida .  I remember the osage tattoo bow.

Goose Gossett

How many trips to the tanning bed did that bow make DVS?  If I remember right it was close to double digits.

Hey, that's pretty cool! Much better way of getting an osage tattoo, too.
