Hey folks , a guy from the site here thats a good friend of mine fell 16 feet from a catwalk a coupla weeks ago and seriously injured his right shoulder.  His name is Tracy Potter.I got to hunt pronghorns with him and his son last summer and hes a stand up guy. A good man to know in my estimation.
Theres some torn tendons and who knows what else wrong in there. He's going in for surgery hopefully, very soon . I just wanted to let folks know so they could get the prayers flyin for him. I'm prayin for a full recovery with no loss of mobility. He may have no shooting for a while til its healed. Lift him up would ya.
Thanks
Chris

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

I've heard that name before... but don't think I've ever had the pleasure...

None the less, being on the tail end of shoulder surgery recovery myself, all I can say is that he's one lucky fella to have fallen that far and that be ALL that he got busted up!

Thank You, Lord for protecting one of our own. May his surgery go very well and recovery be challenging enough to make him appreciate when it all comes back to normal...and that he remember how fortunate he was and who was there to protect him!

Just talked to Tracy tonight, his hip has started bothering him as well (he landed on his feet);  they're going to do some tests on that as well...

Tracy, prayers for you, hoping for a full and speedy recovery

16' is a long, long way...  :(

Prayers continue that any further malise will be minor and just take time to heal and get squared away.

Praises that God watched over him to have not sustained even more serious injury! Prayers for complete healing and quick recovery from surgery with no further severe complications!
