Just curious how many folks hunt with an ILF bow. I sometimes use my Zipper ILF set up to head to the woods. The bear I got in Quebec on Bear Quest #9 was killed with my Zipper with Dryad Limbs. Different risers and limbs can make just about a thing you can imagine to hunt with. So what's out there........?????

I hunt with a Sky riser and SF limbs around 45#.
I use a 13", 17" riser,  recently discovered I shoot a 25" riser best of all.  Love the versatility.

M60gunner

Hoyt Xcell riser with TT foam/carbon limbs. Now lives at my son's home in PA. where I hope to really get it baptized.

hockey7

Morrison 17" all phenolic riser, and Border mediums, 6.5 Hex limbs....set at 54#'s.
With all the bows I've had, this out performs everything...compact, smooth, silent, FAST!

Been using ILF's since the Titan riser came out.

My spring turkey and fall hunting rig will be an ILF'd (by jonhdo) Dorado riser with Uukha limbs.

Longbowwally

My current rig is a VPA Vapor riser with Trad tech long limbs....Excellent shooter....

I still bring out my RER but for the most part my TT Titan is my hunting rig.  For me it's just way more accurate for me to shoot.  I'm sure its the elevated rest that sets it apart for me.

This year I'm going to hunt with my Titan II and Blackmax 2.0 carbon limbs.

I managed to kill a deer in the beginning of October with my 13" Morrison Wood ILF and a set of Morrison Max 4's.

here is the thread.

In 2012 I killed a buck with my Sky TDX 15" and win win limbs at 54#, it was the quietest bow I had owned. Don't have it anymore like my Bear A mag better.

Buckeye bowhunter did you paint those limbs.

I do, too! 19" Morrison that I purchased from Ron W.  Limbs, well I have a few options. Currently using some foam core carbon target recurve limbs with some Onestringer limb covers.  Low 40# weight.

I have used one in the past and successfully taken deer but I never could get it quiet enough to suit me. I decided to just use it occasionally for target. Matter of fact I don't think I have shot it in over a year.
If it isn't life or death, it's no big deal.

I have a new to me set of Zipper Z4 ILF limbs coming. Can't wait to try them out. Just have to decide which riser to put them on.

Yes they are painted. I constructed a stencil and used spray paint on them.
