Took out my 55# bamboo Hill style bow made by John McDonald of Big River bows, tapered POC, Tree Shark with a 75gr woody weight. It wasn't long before two button bucks came within range followed by a doe. I was finally able to draw when all eyes were looking away and the doe presented a good shot.

Great shot! Looks like some easy tracking.

I really like how forgiving a Hill bow is, regardless of heavy cloths, facemask, glove.  My RD longbow hybrids are more sensitive to these factors.

Man I don't know that there is anything much forgiving about a hill bow lol, Great shooting!

First deer I shot with a Treeshark, they fly great and leave an easy to follow blood trail, especially in the snow.

I often wondered about that I've only owned a Bob Lee recurve and a big Jim buffalo though the big Jim is more, forgiving than my Lee I often wondered about a Hiil Style. ...
