I've done multiple searches here but most of what I get is older.  Who uses a Delta (or Delta style) 7 arrow quiver?  I'd love to see pics of them mounted on various bows.

I'm considering one as I like to carry more arrows than a traditional 4 or 5 arrow.  I have tried the Selway Piggy Backers, but they don't make much sense to me as they render whatever arrow they are clipped to useless in quick-need situation.  

So - let me here from those of you that use them, and pics if you got them.

A great quiver. Large enough hood to cover the biggest heads without crowding. Solid as a rock and quiet. Very adjustable to fit any bow and different grippers available for normal or small diameter shafts.

I've found the same thing.They hold the shafts tight too and the gripper can be adjusted for tension.About as light as you can get a quiver that holds that many arrows.Very well designed.

I used to use them on my Bighorn takedowns when I shot them.  Worked fine.  Only used five arrows in the quiver though. Found that seven arrows hanging on the side of the bow was just more weight than I wanted there.  I use a 4-arrow quiver now, and keep a spare arrow or two in camp.

Got mine when I bought my Palmer. They work great.

I have a delta and an asbell that i don't use.

I used to use one....  loved it...   to mount to my bow, I would take aluminum stock, 1/8" thick 3/4" wide and bend it in a vice to give me whatever degree bend I wanted.  I always hated my arrows sticking out in front of my bow or the fletching end of my arrows being longer than my bow.  Id make whatever brackets I needed to, to place my quiver exactly how I wanted it.  It was a pain sometime to get everything the way I wanted it, but I liked it in the end when my bow/quiver was set up how I wanted it...  I'd use rubber grommets between my bow and quiver etc.  It was always a good project....

I have two, using a bolt-on on my recurve and a homemade strap-on system for the longbow.  I like having the extra weight on the bow, and keep 4 broadheads, 2 blunts, and a judo in each of them.  One of the blunts is usually a flu-flu, for squirrels or shots in the air.

Archie - that's the exact set up I'll be doing.  4 broadheads, 2 blunts, and a flu flu!

I had one on my first Brackenbury and never liked how heavy the whole thing was to lug around. My latest Brack has a Selway 5 arrow, much better. I still have never had a situation where even three arrows were necessary.

I put a strap on a Delta 7-arrow quiver and use it as a side quiver. They are an excellent quiver to modify this way. It's what the Asbell quiver is made from.

I used them on several bows and converted all of them to GFA quivers and gave all but one away to family. I'm now using EFAs, Kanatis, and a Big Jim depending on the bow.

They are the only quiver I use after trying about everything.  Don't mount them to the bow much any more as I prefer an Asbell style. (see avatar)

They do feel heavy on the bow to me as someone else stated.

All I have ever used.  Turned the brackets around to get it closer to the riser.  Covered the hood with elk hide.  Love it.
