Kustom King Moved

Hey All - My A#1 favorite source for traditional archery supplies.....Kustom King....moved last week. In the course of moving, Tim told me that they had a little trouble with phones and computer lines. Everything should be up and running proper today.

For my money, Tim and Gobby provide the best service, best products, and best pricing in our industry. Congratulations on the new facility!!

Good, ordered some feathers weekend before this past one, and they haven't gotten here. That is not the norm, but now I know why.

Yes, that's a major undertaking to get everything up and running after the move. Now that's behind them and in addition to having it all reorganized, they're closer to their grandbabies too!

I have sent them several email with no reply, do they email much? I love their products, just trying to figure out what I need to do to get in contact with them.

Not sure Daniel, I've emailed before and got a reply. They were out of stock come to find out and the lady (Gabrella, I think) was more than helpful with getting my a similar Armgard. Just received a few dozen bearpaw feathers and a new whisper string for the takedown. From my two experiences, they're not lightspeed with shipping, but awesome if there is a hiccup in the order. (I primarily blame the USPS shipping method for being passed by the turtle.

I'm not sure. I know I have emailed them at least 3 times and have not gotten a reply to any of the emails.
