Kelly

Guess there is a long tube from Idaho on its way East to my place.   :bigsmyl:

Oh yes, there will be pictures to follow after it arrives.    :biglaugh:   Too bad I won't be able to shoot it until the snow goes away and it warms up-have no place indoors.   :(

That's great Kelly!  I think that Mudd and I are on your heels!  Will be waiting for pics...   :D

As soon as I am well again I have a treat to share.

Nuff said for now...lol

Ditto what Tony said Kelly!

God bless,Mudd

PS: It's been going on 4 days now so I think I'll live. Had my 1st food tonight since this nasty stuff hit.(egg-drop soup and steamed rice)

Just reading this set me back some....lol

I'm feeling great today(Thank you Lord!) I didn't get much sleep last night but that's ok too.

I've been up flinging arrows in the house all morning.

That has been helping to occupy my time while my camera batteries recharge and I get through this battle with myself about whether or not I'm gonna celebrate my "health" by having some biscuits and gravy to "break fast"...lol

Got my tube in the mail today! I wasn't expecting it until Monday, what a sweet surprise!

Now time for the tuning....

Well, it's noon in the midwest and we still don't know how the biscuits and gravy went, or if the batteries charged, or if Mudd knocked the ceiling fan blade off with his new longbow, which makes a terrible noise when that happens.

David Mitchell

pavan.....   :D   sounds like the voice of experience to me.

And another thing....biscuits and gravy work better with grits--they act as sort of a catalyst to get the most from the gravy.  :bigsmyl:
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

Yes, it was my fan blade, but not me or my bow that did the deed. No damage to the bow, other than a scuff on the finish. He drew the bow back touched the fan, panicked and dry fired.  Amazing, how critters never look up.

Kelly-----stop pacing the floor.

That tube will arrive one of these days. Until then, I suggest looking at photos of Stanley Basin spring bear country. That should take your mind off things for a while. . .

Hah!  Easy for you to say Rik...so..how 'bout sharing those "Stanley Basin" photos...   :saywhat:

Mudd

I'd like to introduce my new Hill style Osage Royale "Eternity" (string follow) 66" 43@28.

These pictures will not do this bow justice. I don't take the best photos to begin with and the lighting outside was terrible.

Here I am showing off one of Teresa's pullovers as well. It was very cold outside too!

Congrats Mudd, Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Can you tell that I am still struggling to get used to shooting with a glove?...lol

I am a work in progress in the "Hill style" of shooting but I guarantee that I will keep at it until I become the best "I" can be at it.

I love how it feels and "just fits" with shooting these style bows for me.

Roy, the grip on that bow looks real comfy.

Eric

Happy to watch another vid of you and your latest addition to the family.  This "Royale" was built for you and it fits you well brother.

I also like the dished grip....we'll know for sure in a couple weeks, eh?

Happy shooting my friend!
