I shoot all sorts of heads, many of which are two bladed.  They work

"Seems most/a lot of guys go to three or four blades once they hit 50#"

I never heard that one before. In my nearly 30 years of traditional bowhunting, two blade is most prevelent with those I've hunted with.

Howard Hill 11/32 heads are the ones I use most, then Zwickeys,Ribteks,Bear Razorheads, and Ace heads are next-no particular order.
Yep two blade heads for me.

Low 50's is my favorite weight range and the poundage of all my hunting bows.  I ONLY use 2 blade heads.

All of my bows are50+# all I shoot are 2 blade Magnas, Bear or STOS. Aleays have always will. They never had a problem wher I felt I needed 3 or more blades.

I do and most people I know that shoot trad bows do most of the time, either that or they shoot a four blade with a small bleeder. Most everybody here setup for elk and use the same setup for everything else. I see very very few three blade in quivers here.

Various bows, but if you see me shooting, it's probably a Toelke in my hand!

My bows are 46-60 pounds. I shoot 2 blade Magnus Stingers in 125 or 150 grain weights.

62@29 and 57@29 640 grain arrows 200 grain Grizzly Kodiak 2 blade. I'm just a believer in using 2 blade single bevel. I killed 3 deer with it last year...pass-throughs and short recoveries on all, even one I made a poor shot on. I do think I am going to switch to a 185 grain grizzly and a 75 grain steel adapter this fall...1/8 inch narrower, but thicker steel and stronger overall. You don't need a cavalry saber on your arrow...most important other than shot placement is leaving an exit wound, and a narrow, tough, single bevel heads give you the best opportunity to make this happen.

Dogboy900

62#@29 and I shoot 2 blade VPA Penetrators. I figure if I make a bad shot and hit bone I have a better chance of it coming out OK  :)
Also I found my 3 blade vented Woodsmans hiss in flight.

AZ_Longbow

I shoot an 80lb tribute. I use 2blade heads still. A few different ones but all weigh in at 290-300 gr. Cuthroat, magnus clasic ma 1 ,grizzly. They all fly great and easy to file sharpen.

With a 53# Blacktail, I plan on using a Stos, or Zwickey

Until I become a better hunter, It does not matter what I shoot     I will use what ever flies the best for me though and I can get sharp.

I'm shooting 61# at my draw length (29.5") and have some 2 blade heads in my quiver, just depends what animal I'm chasing.

Elk/moose sized game I'll use my Cutthroats, most everything else is the VPA 3 blade. Although I wouldn't hesitate to use either head on anything I could have a chance @ taking in North America
