Took me forever, between the weather and affording the bits and bobs, but here it is, my first shot at a Manchu quiver.  It's got to relax some (and I've got to oil it) but it holds 18 or so 38" arrows without an issue.  Weighs a fair bit as well, if I build another I'm going with a lighter weight leather.

Got a preview of my sirdan arrows as well there, leopardwood, stingray hide and silk waiting on my fletching to come in.

The stingray underlays shifted a bit as I was nailing them down.  I'll get a scalpel in there and clean it up.

The conchos are authentic 20 cash coins from China, and the medallion is five bats, symbolizing the Five Virtues.  The straps are stingray leather, and I tooled all the leather myself.  I'll get an outdoor pic of the front so you can see it better.  To say it was a lot of work is an understatement, but I loved doing it.  Next up are the bow and arrows, then the bow quiver.  Lots to do still.

Looks great! Beautiful piece of functional art.  Will be even better loaded with arrows
