Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a few units in SW colorado for Pronghorn and/or Elk for the draw. I dont expect anything favorable but I need a few units to list in the app due tonight and have not had much time to research. Looking for DIY hunts.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Going in blind can be expensive. There are alot of hunts that are sucker hunts that the DP&W make alot of non resident money off of that are very low success.

There are lots of over the counter antelope and elk hunts. My advise would be to apply for points for both hunts until you are able to do proper research.

haha! Been working too many hours to do my research. At least I got some preference points thanks to Todds idea.  Most likely I will be hunting OTC In unit 73 again. Good luck to all!

Not sure there is any areas in CO that you can draw an antelope without a few points.  I'd say Unit 2 for elk but buy the time you catch up to the point creep your ashes will be gone.
