I think you'd do better competing against other 3 blades if you go to 1" instead of 1 1/8" and black would outsell any other color.

David, Thanks for bringing this thread back up. I do have more updatates. These heads are currently at heat treat. I dropped them off last friday. It usually takes a week or just over for them to get heads heat treated.
I have some pictures to share of the brazing furnace.I just have to get Tracy to move them to photobucket for me.

Making a 1" cut out of these will not be a problem.I'm sure there will be some of them just from getting the grinders set up. If you would like some 1"ers just let me know.
These heads will not be black. I realize black is the most popular color.That is also why they will not be black.The majority of the 3 blades out there are black so ours will not be.
